That part isn't exactly a secret.
But wander a little farther and things get more interesting.
Roads climb into green mountains. Waterfalls disappear into rainforest. Old forts still watch over harbors where ships have been arriving for centuries. Little towns wake up around markets, bakeries, rum shops, and whatever somebody started cooking hours ago.
Every island has its own history. Its own food. Its own music. Its own way of moving through the day.
You can absolutely spend the afternoon with your feet in the sand.
Just don't make the mistake of thinking that's all there is.
island time is a real thing
Not because the clocks work differently here.
Because eventually, you stop caring quite so much about them.
